New York's Hudson Valley is one of the most scenic and historic river valleys in America--even more so in the early fall when the leaves begin their annual show of light and color. There's plenty to see, do and eat in the valley, from NYC to Albany. I followed the leaves south from Albany to the Big Apple, and reviewed a number of eateries, museums, parks and drives along the way. Take a look:
